These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wegotit.ai (the "Service"), operated by Online World Solutions, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using wegotit.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Online World Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

2. Beta Service

wegotit.ai is currently in beta and is made available to invited users only. The Service is provided as-is during the beta period. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. We may suspend or terminate the beta at any time and for any reason without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. The following conditions apply:

• You must create an account via Google OAuth to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of or access to your account at: ask@wegotit.ai

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service in any of the following ways:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or create derivative works of the Service or its underlying systems.
• Submit queries that violate third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls of the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute outputs from the Service without our prior written permission.
• Use automated bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated means to make queries without prior written approval.

The Service is intended solely for legitimate journalism, newsroom research, and media fact-checking use. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violations of this section.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

wegotit.ai uses artificial intelligence to synthesize information from multiple sources. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated answers and summaries:

• May contain errors, omissions, hallucinations, or outdated information.
• Should NOT be published as verified fact without independent editorial verification.
• Are provided for research assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• Do not represent the views, opinions, or editorial positions of Online World Solutions.

You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, verify, and publish any content derived from or informed by the Service. Online World Solutions accepts no liability for editorial decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Third-Party Sources and APIs

The Service aggregates and displays content from third-party sources including, but not limited to, news outlets, YouTube, Wikipedia, and other media and data APIs. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of third-party content. All third-party content remains subject to the respective terms of service, licenses, and copyrights of its original sources.

8. Intellectual Property

The following intellectual property terms apply to your use of the Service:

• The wegotit.ai platform, application code, design, branding, and all proprietary features are owned by Online World Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of your original research queries and any "Stories" content you create using the Service.
• By submitting queries to the Service, you grant Online World Solutions a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process those queries solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself or any of its proprietary components.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.

10. Free Beta / Paid Plans

The following terms apply to the current and future pricing of the Service:

• During the beta period, the Service may be provided at no charge to invited users.
• We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans or usage-based pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing users.
• Any paid features or plans will be governed by additional terms and pricing schedules presented to you at the time of purchase.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms or at our sole discretion during the beta period. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at ask@wegotit.ai. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA, ONLINE WORLD SOLUTIONS, ITS OWNER, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD) IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Online World Solutions and its owner, officers, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts or to the laying of venue in British Columbia.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by sending an email to your registered address and/or by displaying a prominent notice within the Service. Changes take effect upon posting unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request deletion of your account as described in Section 11.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or paid plans, constitute the entire agreement between you and Online World Solutions with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
